The interview is very important because, along with your qualifications, it will help decide whether you are a good fit. It will also determine your initial payment.

You will need to display how well you are able to explain activities to a beginner level student, how you are able to work with them to get complete answers, your ESL teaching skills and your time management. Also, make sure you take a look at the slides in advance as this little bit of preparation can be help greatly during the lesson.

There are two methods to interview with us. You can:

Record interview on your PC: Record your demo lesson at your own time for a recruiter to evaluate. Instructions on how to record your interview can be found on the interview page.

Smart interview on your Mobile: You can also do your demo on mobile at your own time for a recruiter to evaluate. You can go to the App store or Google play to download the app. Instructions will be sent through emails.
